Salon Policy
To ensure the best experience for all my clients, please take a moment to read through the salon policies.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms, regardless of whether you have read them.
Booking
Appointments can be booked online via the website, on Fresha or through Messenger messages.
A £10 booking fee is required for all clients. This must be paid at the booking. The fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Arriving at Your Appointment
Please arrive alone whenever possible. This is your time to relax, unwind, and enjoy the service.
If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate, but the service will be adjusted to fit within the remaining appointment time. The full price of the booked service must still be paid.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by message me (messenger, Instagram, text, e-mail) or phone calls. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance without any additional charges.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the full price of the booked service must be paid before you can book a new appointment. (Exceptions apply in cases of illness.)
Service Eligibility and Conditions
I specialize in working on short natural nails only. If you arrive with long nails and I determine that they do not fit within the scope of my services or the booked time frame, I reserve the right to refuse the service. In such cases, the full price of the booked service must still be paid.
Similarly, I reserve the right to refuse the service if I identify any condition that is considered a contraindication (e.g. nail diseases or abnormalities) that makes the treatment unsafe or unsuitable. The health and safety of both client and technician are top priority.
Warrantee
I offer a 3-week guarantee on my work, provided that the nails are properly cared for.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper aftercare, such as biting, heavy impact, or exposure to strong chemicals. Repairs due to such issues will be charged.
Payment
Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer. Card payments are not accepted at this time.
