To keep every appointment calm, fair and unhurried, please take a moment to read the information below before booking.
These guidelines allow me to give every guest the same level of care, attention and quality.
Online Booking Only
All appointments must be booked, changed and cancelled online only via Fresha.
This keeps everything clear and organised and helps avoid missed or delayed messages.
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit is deducted from the total price on the day of your visit.
Appointments are released one month in advance to ensure fairness for all guests and allow balanced scheduling.
Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend your appointment will result in the full service fee being charged to the card on file.
The original deposit will not be refunded.
Exceptions may only be considered in genuinely urgent or unavoidable circumstances.
Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, and the original deposit will be transferred to the new date.
Choosing the Right Package
Please ensure you select the correct package when booking.
The service and price chosen at the time of booking will be charged, even if a lower-value service is requested during the appointment.
Arrival & Timing
Please arrive alone and 5 minutes early, so we can begin calmly and on time. If you arrive late, the service will be adjusted to fit the remaining time. Please note that the full price of the booked service still applies.
Companions
To ensure a calm, focused environment and to maintain the high quality of service and attention to detail that Pure Luxe Nails is known for, appointments are for guests only.
For this reason, please arrive alone and avoid bringing friends, children or accompanying guests.
Illness & Health
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, flu-like symptoms, or any contagious illness, please do not attend your appointment.
Each situation is treated with understanding; however, late cancellations may still be subject to the cancellation policy.
